Introduction
Tasks
- Analysis and technical implementation of business processes in scalable software solutions.
- Integration of various IDM (Identity Management) applications into a heterogeneous IT‑/Enterprise landscape, with a focus on automation, security, reliability and performance.
- Analysis and resolution of complex application errors.
- Creation and management of the required database scheme for storing user information, access policies and other relevant data.
- Monitoring and assurance of security and data‑privacy requirements in the software, while adhering to industry standards.
- Specification of technical requirements in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) computer science, an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration / application development, or a comparable qualification.
- Good knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and Groovy.
- Awareness of, and experience in, developing secure and reliable software that handles large data volumes.
- Experience consuming APIs, especially RESTful APIs; familiarity with common API‑design patterns, versioning, documentation, and authentication/authorization mechanisms for APIs.
- Proficiency with databases and query languages, particularly in designing efficient database schemas and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Ability to diagnose application, system, and performance problems.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to convey technical concepts and requirements clearly to non‑technical team members.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure, e.g., Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Fluent in both German and English.
