Introduction

RPG Radiometer Physics GmbH, based in Meckenheim, has many years of experience in the development and production of RF and waveguide components. Its core focus is the integration of these components into complex research and measurement instruments. RPG provides customized solutions ranging from meteorology to aerospace applications.

Tasks

• You design and optimize circuit layouts using modern simulation tools such as AWR, MWO, CST, and HFSS.
• You ensure compliance with all specifications through the commissioning, testing, and metrological verification of assemblies.
• You independently implement customer-specific projects in the field of measurement technology.
• Your area of responsibility covers the full process from concept design and technology selection to circuit design, MMIC characterization, integration, documentation, and production qualification.
• In close cooperation with manufacturing and technology development at RPG and R&S, you act as a competent contact for microwave circuit technology and related physical and technological issues.

Qualifications

• You are confident in using CAE tools such as Microwave Office/Studio, CST, HFSS, or ADS.
• You have very good knowledge of analog RF circuit design.
• Programming skills (e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio, LabVIEW) are desirable.
• You are characterized by a self-reliant, goal-oriented working style and strong organizational skills.
• Team spirit, creativity, and strong communication skills complete your profile.
• You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
