Tasks
- Lead the oscilloscopes vertical’s business and strategic direction by deeply understanding market dynamics, customer needs, technology trends and the product portfolio; translate insights into a clear and ambitious product roadmap.
- Hold end‑to‑end P&L accountability for the oscilloscopes vertical: drive commercial growth and operational excellence, strengthen market positioning and competitive advantage.
- Lead and develop R&D and product management teams of the oscilloscopes vertical, ensuring high performance, clear direction, and impact.
- Establish and grow strategic customer relationships in close alignment with sales and business development teams.
- Actively manage the progress and status of all development projects within the oscilloscopes vertical, ensuring efficient execution and time-to-market.
- Coordinate development projects and long‑term R&D capacity planning, budget allocation and prioritization in alignment with the division’s application segment planning and portfolio management. Develop a long-term technology roadmap in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Build organizational trust and provide clear direction through transformation; actively develop senior talent and leadership capability.

Qualifications
- A degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field is required.
- Proven senior management and leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performance teams in R&D, product management and/or sales functions and driving substantial organizational change.
- Entrepreneurial, business‑first mindset and strong commercial acumen with demonstrated responsibility for P&L, strategic business development and innovation roadmaps.
- Expertise in product planning and operational excellence in R&D and product management organizations.
- Strong collaboration mindset, actively contributing to and supporting core divisional processes.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior executives and coordinate cross‑functional engineering and commercial teams.
- Business-level fluency in English, German is a plus.
